Betsy Werley, executive director of The Transition Network, will be in Columbus for a program about TTN’s research on women’s transition as contained in the book Smart Women Don’t Retire – They Break Free. A panel discussion will include retired physician Ann Boer, now venturing into community activism; retired state employee Cynthia Tinapple, now immersed in a polymer arts business; and Patsy Deerhake, formerly employed by Mount Carmel Health and now launching a business as a wellness coach.
