Where to find volunteers interest in environmental projects?

I want to know how to find out more about volunteers interested in working on environnmental projects in the VA, MD and Washington, DC are. I found a site on your web page but it did not seem to have a way to find out any more information about how to get involved in and with folks interested in environmental issues at Encore. Thanks for your help trying to navigate your web site. Eleanor Hillegeist
