I ran across this article from US News and World Report and thought that many of you would find it interesting. All three of the industries currently hiring older workers - health care, education, and government - are all potential destinations for encore careerists.
Just as interesting (or more so) as the article are the comments associated with it. Of course, if you post a comment, we'd love to see it as well.
There is no silver bullet, but at least there are some silver linings.
