Release Your Inner Sage

We are exploring and building skill in living happy lives, building strong families, and making a difference in the world. We are a vibrant and diverse group of men and women ready to have it all...full self-expression, authentic & loving relationships, being of service....becoming the "wise men & women" around whom others flourish.

What do we have in common? A desire to gain deep understanding of ourselves & others. This simple desire is key to having joyful, compassionate, meaningful interaction with the world.

There are many ways to participate including monthly meet ups, self-study, small group workshops, and one-to-one self-awareness sessions. We meet in-person (Bowie-Crofton, Maryland) and on-line.

From Aging to Saging

Hi everyone, has anyone read this incredible book by Zalman Schachter-Shalomi? It's all about a profound new vision of growing older. We don't give up anything from earlier life, but we do have new tasks and a new role to play in our families and in the world. These new tasks and new role require us to build our contemplative skills to access and release deep wisdom. There's no book, that I've yet come across, that expresses this so well. Here's a couple of snippets from the chapter: The Art of Life Completion.
