What do we have in common? A desire to gain deep understanding of ourselves & others. This simple desire is key to having joyful, compassionate, meaningful interaction with the world.
There are many ways to participate including monthly meet ups, self-study, small group workshops, and one-to-one self-awareness sessions. We meet in-person (Bowie-Crofton, Maryland) and on-line.
