Whatever your political leanings, you’re probably concerned about jobs this election season.

Tune in online Wednesday, 1:30 p.m. Eastern, to HuffPost Live, as Encore.org founder and CEO Marc Freedman joins some big names in Tampa., Fla., during the Republican National Convention to talk about solving the unemployment crisis.

Freedman says the job situation is affecting all age groups, from young people to older adults who aren't yet ready to retire.

At the panel, he says, “we're not going to just be diagnosing a crisis we already know all too well, but will focus on real, comprehensive solutions and success stories that represent a win-win across generations and can bring a windfall of human talent in encore careers – second acts for the greater good – to address our society’s greatest problems.”
