At the panel, he says, “we're not going to just be diagnosing a crisis we already know all too well, but will focus on real, comprehensive solutions and success stories that represent a win-win across generations and can bring a windfall of human talent in encore careers – second acts for the greater good – to address our society’s greatest problems.”
