Idealist.org is stepping up its efforts to list every nonprofit job in the country by waiving its usual $60 listing fee for nonprofit employers for the months of June.

“Our ultimate goal is to bring you every nonprofit job that’s open across the country (as well as internships and volunteer opportunities, which are always free),” explained Ami Dar, executive director of Idealist.org, inviting them to spread the word.

The promotion is already showing results. In the first week, Idealist posted 4,000 new jobs from 700 new organizations, compared to 200 new jobs and 50 new organizations in a typical week. That means Idealist now has listings for more than 10,000 openings in every field and at every level.

In addition to the free job listings, Idealist has assembled a Human Resource Center for nonprofit employers.
