Newbie Here

I finished a lengthy bio wihich took about 30 minutes at my PC this morning. I then pressed SUBMIT and the entire thing disappeared!  Sorry but I have a schedule I have to follow today and cannot redo the work.  Please someone help me navigate this system on ENCORE>

When I first made an entry I received a "Not Valid" text message.  I emailed Encore asking for help.  Never heard back from them, but a couple days later what I had typed in actually had been received.  I can sympathize with your frustration.  I suggest you log in after a few days and see if your message was received.

Encore encouraged me to upload a picture, but the system would not allow me to do that.  Again I emailed asking for help, and have never heard back.  Methinks there are some bugs in the system. 

 

 

Problems with posting profile

We believe the problem may be that people are clicking on the “preview” option when they think they are posting a profile.
