As I indicated I plan to have an encore career. I am 45 years of age and work for a company in Kenya that interacts with horticultural farmers across the Country. I would like to interact more with the women out there and give them better opportunities to earn an income. Perhaps becoming the middle person in looking for better prices for their produce as we also look for alternative markets. I find tht at the moment the current middle person or brokers as they call them fleece them of their rightful returns. This is course for concern. A better market and a better structure in their business will mean a better future for their children  thereby creating employement for them and hopefully less migration of the youth into the city. I could go on and on so I shall end it here. But there is a whole lot of untapped opportunities.
