I hope that I can build this story over time. I have only now found this site.  This topic was being addressed on NPR this morning on my unusual late arrival (and unusual drive) into work.  So when I got to my desk, I googled "boomer careers meaning" or something and.. I found an article by Marc Freedman..  And then, here I am.  EXCELLENT!

 I am in the process of making my encore change.  I have found myself (almost literally) back in Grad School along with my full-time (‘first career’) job.  I am challenged at the work load and the risks fo the financials and I am so excited I can hardly stand it!  Because I AM now going to school, re-aiming my work life toward what will fill me, feed me, and allow me to be of the most service I can imagine!!
